Here at Hardwick Agricultural Engineers we take pride in being a small family business, and from our farming background fully appreciate the importance of friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service.
Our parts department has access to the manufacturer’s part systems for our machinery franchises and we are happy to offer advice and source parts for all agricultural machinery old and new. Where ever possible we aim to provide next day service straight to your door ensuring that the minimum of time is lost on breakdowns. Our parts team work hand in hand with our service department to ensure that we have the correct parts on the shelf at all times. We have undertaken substantial investment to ensure stock levels are high and all our machinery products are well supported. We can take over the phone payments for those of you that cannot make it in to our shop.
Our parts department is open Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm and Saturday 8.30am-1.00pm, please bear in mind that we are flexible with our opening hours and can usually make arrangements with customers as a special request.

Service
Hardwick Agricultural Engineers Ltd. continually invests in training and equipment to ensure that our customers are provided with the best service possible. Our mechanics attend specialist training at the SDF UK & Kubota head quarters to ensure that they have expert knowledge to carry out routine services through to advanced problem solving.
At Hardwick’s we recommend regular services on all tractors and combines to ensure that they are working at their optimum as well as maintaining their warranty. Services on tractors occur at 50-100 hours and every 500 hours thereafter. We also offer special pre-season appraisals aimed at keeping your equipment in top condition.
Therefore whether it is a routine service which is required or a major breakdown which needs repairing you can be sure that Hardwick’s will be able to offer you excellent service.
